Summer 2026 Project Update

A group of people stand viewing display boards at an open house.Thank you to everyone who participated in the first phase of community engagement for the Northwest Bozeman Area Plan. Your input is helping shape the future of Northwest Bozeman.

Since the project kicked off, we welcomed 120 attendees at public open houses on June 30 and July 8, connected with 47 residents at the Bozeman Farmer's Market pop-up on July 14, and met with 62 stakeholders through seven meetings with representatives from local agencies, nonprofit organizations, property owners, and utility providers.

The open house presentation boards and a summary of the initial public comments are available for download in the "Documents" section at the right-hand side of the project webpage.

The project team is now incorporating this feedback into the draft plan, which will be released for City staff and community review in the coming weeks. This will be an opportunity to review the recommendations and provide feedback as we move into the next phase of the project.

Thank you for your continued participation and commitment to helping create a shared vision for Northwest Bozeman. We look forward to sharing the draft plan with you soon.
